Terms of Use
The terms that govern your use of this website.
Updated 14 September 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of this website, operated by the Dallas Children’s Chorus (“DCC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the site.
About This Website
This website is provided to share information about the DCC — our programs, performances, auditions, and ways to support the organization — and to make it easy for prospective families, current families, and supporters to reach us. It is an informational website rather than a portal for managing enrollment, registration, or account information; those processes are handled separately, outside this site.
Use of This Website
You’re welcome to browse this website and use it for its intended purpose — learning about the DCC and getting in touch with us. Information on this site, including audition dates, program details, performance schedules, and giving information, is provided for general reference and is subject to change without notice; please confirm any time-sensitive details directly with us before relying on them.
You agree not to misuse this website — for example, by attempting to interfere with its normal operation, access it using methods other than the interface and instructions we provide, or use it to transmit anything unlawful, harmful, or infringing.
Intellectual Property
The text, images, video, audio, graphics, and design of this website, along with the DCC name and logo, belong to the DCC or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and share pages of this website for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use our content — including performance recordings or photographs — for any other purpose without our prior written permission.
Photography, Video, and Media Use
Rehearsals, performances, and other DCC events are frequently photographed, filmed, or recorded, and that photography, video, and audio may be used in our promotional materials, this website, social media, and press coverage. At the start of each concert season, families of enrolled choristers sign a media and photo release authorizing this use; that release — not this website — is what governs consent for the use of a specific chorister’s image, voice, or likeness. If you have a question about a specific photo or recording, or about the season release itself, please contact us.
Third-Party Links and Embedded Content
This website links to, or embeds content from, services we don’t control, such as YouTube and social media platforms, and may in the future include donation or ticketing platforms. We aren’t responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those third-party sites, which are governed by their own terms and policies.
Disclaimer of Warranties
This website is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We work to keep the information here accurate and the site available, but we don’t guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or completely secure.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the DCC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.
Children and This Website
The DCC is a choral organization for young singers, and many families who visit this site are here on behalf of a child. This website itself is intended for use by parents, guardians, and other adults on a chorister’s behalf, rather than for direct use by children. For more on how we handle information collected through this site, including information related to children, see our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time as our website and programs evolve. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision, and we encourage you to check back periodically. Continuing to use this website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
